Our Story

We’re on a mission to churn it up! We want to breakfast with butter, snack with butter, dine with butter and cook with butter. 

Here at Posh Cow, we sh-udder at the thought of butter being thrown to the back of a fridge, only to be brought out on rare occasions. We think it should be celebrated, displayed with pride and served with everything!

We’ve created a silky smooth, creamy tub of butter that melts in the mouth. Enhanced with delicious, flavourful, and natural ingredients, we think it adds a touch of luxury to any meal or snack.

We could talk about butter until the cows come home!

We've always turned to butter on toast for a delicious breakfast or snack, adding all sorts of extra ingredients and condiments to make it even more tasty. One day we wondered why we couldn't find a product that had it all and we set about creating Posh Cow.  

From there, we realised that we could be doing so much more with our butter. We had so many questions; Why couldn’t we love butter like we love our cheeses? Why were we only loving bread and butter at a restaurant? Who says butter has to be savoury?

On the continent, butter is kept at room temperature and served on the table as an addition to meals. We want to bring that celebration of butter to the UK where we've been hiding our butter at the back of our fridges.

It's been months of research, recipe development, tastings and branding and we're really excited about the future of butter and hope that Posh Cow can do it justice."
